Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled through our European dropshipping partners and shipped directly to your door. Here is everything you need to know before you order.

Delivery to the UK

We ship to all UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from the date your order is placed. Some larger items (such as furniture and play structures) may take slightly longer — up to 10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Cost

A flat delivery fee of £19.99 is charged on all orders, regardless of size or quantity. This is applied automatically at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to enquire about delivery, please contact us at montessoriplayhq@outlook.com.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at montessoriplayhq@outlook.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
