Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they arrived.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at montessoriplayhq@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 48 hours.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Final Sale Items

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty:

• Montessori Climbing Set / Table / Drawing Board (NABU)

This is noted clearly on each product page. Please check dimensions and specifications carefully before ordering these items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at montessoriplayhq@outlook.com with photos and your order number. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of the returns window.
